A detox routine

Just a daily commitment for your wellbeing

A balanced diet, a little exercise and a positive attitude help to face the day with greater serenity. Nothing new. Wherever we can find ideas, suggestions for our well-being. Here we talk about how a simple daily routine can strengthen the benefits of our practice, if we have one and if we don't have one yet, how to build it one step at a time. Someone took advantage of it while isolating the lock down. Instead, there are those who because of the lock down have lost any motivation in the personal field. Now that we are preparing to leave, a personal routine and a system to monitor it can make us achieve lasting results. Let's start with these three steps. They represent an excellent way to dedicate ourselves to ourselves and prepare for the new season. Alone or in company. A cycle of notes will follow, on which exercises can help us improve our flexibility day by day, strengthen both the immune system and tone.

1. Hydrate and detox

Start the day with a cup of hot water, lemon juice, and honey. Vitamin C strengthens the immune system. Lemon is an alkaline food, so don't worry about acidity. Honey gives energy and acts as a diuretic and disinfectant, since among its properties there is also that of being a powerful antibacterial. You can add grated ginger for a little more energy.

2 . Exercise is not just for the body

Our exercise is a special moment of love that we dedicate to ourselves. Can you think of a better reason to start? ❤️ Even 20 minutes a day is enough to increase energy, balance and ... think ... even self-esteem.

3. Breakfast

And then a time dedicated to breakfast; ancient monks use to have breakfast after prayers. So from spiritual to the physical body. Better than a quick coffee and go, spending a few more minutes at breakfast is important to face the day.

Giving energy and essential nutrients to the mind and body in the morning supports our long-term well-being. Try and then tell me.
