The Story
2009
Besides my coaching business, Studio Coach, I found Lo Studio, an online and offline sharing space, where professionals from different fields can learn and practice humanistic leadership skills.
It doesn't work, too early, but it's a seed planted. In the meantime I engage in social innovation and training projects around the world.
I meet and collaborate with experts from consultancy and research: namely my first teacher Sir John Whitmore, Valerio Eletti, Gian Paolo Montali, Marilyn Atkinson, Francesco Morace, Maria Cristina Milano, Michel Giffard and many others.
I found The Habitat Association to support and promote projects for social development and new humanistic business models.
During the year I become passionate about neuroscience and Artificial Intelligence. I start the first projects to identify the impact of Artificial Intelligence in organizations.
While continuing my commitment as a trainer in Europe and Asia, I participate in several international events as a speaker on the theme: "Artificial Intelligence - the challenge of being human". In a world where people and machines work together, we need the ability to redefine companies' system mindset.
I start working on TH-HABITAT.
T for Technology and H for Humanity.
An ambitious project for a fascinating challenge that is worth living.
TH-HABITAT ® becomes a start-up and, thanks to the high technological value of the project, it is recognized as an innovative company. We are ready to start our research to develop new models and digital architectures to support organizations in dealing with technology and the collaboration between mind and machine.
I launch our first product, THeach® the AI -based app for mentor-coaching designed for coaches loved by managers.
